The Problem
Companies with valuable IP quietly enter insolvency every week, but the signal is scattered across registers with no good way to catch fresh ones before everyone else — and duplicate leads waste the whole point.
What I Built
A pipeline that pulls insolvency data from Companies House, generates an AI acquisition profile for each company with GPT-4o, and distributes across RSS, Telegram, and a Beehiiv newsletter. Persistent deduplication, recency filtering, and server-side SIC-code filtering keep leads fresh and non-repeating.
The Outcome
Running and distributing profiles across all three channels. Identified that Companies House can't sort by date — flagged The Gazette as the correct discovery source for a genuinely fresh weekly feed.
